At LCS students are supported to develop social, emotional and sensory regulation by incorporating the Zones of Regulation into the classroom. Students are guided to learn about their own regulation system and how they can adjust it. The Zones uses four colours to help students visually and verbally identify their emotions in the moment and understand how they can move from one Zone to another to regulate their emotions.
